Had an emergency where the pipes behind my shower began to leak at while trying to fix a leaky faucet myself. City Creek Plumbing showed up the next morning, repaired the leak and installed a new faucet for a reasonable price! They worked quickly, professionally and they even cleaned up afterwards when they had to go into the wall from another room for access. If I ever have plumbing issues in the future, I’ll certainly go back here!

We had such a great experience with City Creek Plumbing. Our water heater went out, aftwr 15 years, and after dealing with another company that felt very sales-heavy, we decided to go with a local company instead. I’m so glad we did.
They were straightforward, professional, and easy to work with from the beginning. Our water heater is a shorter, less standard size, so they came out first thing to see exactly what was needed, tracked down the right replacement, removed the old one, and installed the new one without any issues.
Ashley and Kelly were also incredibly kind and respectful while working in our home, and I really appreciated that there was no pressure or unnecessary upselling. Everything was explained clearly, the pricing felt straightforward and fair, and the whole process was much less stressful than I expected.
They came highly recommended by a family member, and I had read through years of excellent reviews before choosing them, and now I completely understand why. I would absolutely recommend City Creek Plumbing and will be calling them again if we ever need plumbing work in the future.

This company did a great job! I was very happy with their technician. He was very respectful and kind. I appreciated that I got a call letting me know they were nearby and on the way. It made things easier and more predictable with the communication they provided. I also appreciated the pricing and felt it was appropriate for the service they provided. We have issues with some companies that quote based on our neighborhood and we usually have to go through multiple quotes because prices are all over the place for the same service. Would definitely recommend this company for the future!

I recently had my main water shutoff valve and a shower valve replaced, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The technician, Carter was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do before starting the repairs. I really appreciated how he answered my questions and kept me informed throughout the process. The quality of the work was excellent, and everything was completed with great attention to detail. I’m very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them.

Our hot water heater sprung a leak on Thursday afternoon (July 16) and they had it replaced by Friday afternoon. Their employee who did the work was very professional and quick. If I didn't know they replaced it I wouldn't be able to tell.

The water pressure for my hot water was trickling and I was expecting the worst. Luckily, they were able to pinpoint that a water line, within the water heater, was blocked and just needed to be replaced. Hot water pressure is running well now and the fix was very reasonably priced. A clogged bathroom sink was also cleared quickly. I appreciate the knowledge and professionalism of the service tech. We also discussed a new water heater and water softener for the future. I'll definitely consider the options and reach out to them again, when the time comes. I had a pressure reducer go out the night before and after seeing the reviews for city creak plumbing I decided to give them a call the next morning. Kelly was already out at a job nearby and came over right after. He was courteous, professional and had the pressure reducer swapped out in under 40 minutes. I would recommend these guys to anyone. The repair was professional, fast and much less than what I was expecting to spend.
