They were great, upfront, no sales presser and helpful. We needed a new water heater and we explained what we were thinking of getting. He told me the negative and positive. He was $2,300 cheaper then superior water and air. I also like supporting smaller businesses that don't advertise cuz u end up paying for their advertising not their quality.

They upgraded all the water pipes in my house and addressed any unexpected concerns that came up along the way (found a corroded drain pipe we hadn’t planned to replace and was able to address immediately). Excellent experience with City Creek Plumbing. Timely service, very professional and easy to work with. Their pricing is good and they don’t try to over sale you on a bunch of other things like the bigger companies do once they get in your house. If you want a decent priced Plummer you can trust to do a great job and what’s best for your house, i would not hesitate.
