These guys at City Creek Plumbing are TOP TIER AMAZING. Response time after initial contact was prompt and attentive. Guys showed up at the scheduled time, work was done perfectly, our custom shower was hooked up as promised and we now have a new shower and enough hot water to turn my hot wife into prune skinned happiness! Super professional all the way around. From initial contact to finished less than 15 hours in a non emergency situation. They changed a failing water heater and a 20 year old water softener. I wish I would have asked for the Plumber/ Tech’s names before they left. After picture attached.

City Creek was quick to respond to a very time critical situation involving an outside hose bib that had been cut and was spraying water everywhere that could have held up several other projects that I was having installed at the time if it was not resolved so promptly but thankfully they took care of it early the next day easily and professionally with zero hassle at a very decent rate.
