Gave me a quote over the phone for a water heater replacement. Available the same day. Fabulous experience.

Our hot water heater sprung a leak on Thursday afternoon (July 16) and they had it replaced by Friday afternoon. Their employee who did the work was very professional and quick. If I didn't know they replaced it I wouldn't be able to tell.

The water pressure for my hot water was trickling and I was expecting the worst. Luckily, they were able to pinpoint that a water line, within the water heater, was blocked and just needed to be replaced. Hot water pressure is running well now and the fix was very reasonably priced. A clogged bathroom sink was also cleared quickly. I appreciate the knowledge and professionalism of the service tech. We also discussed a new water heater and water softener for the future. I'll definitely consider the options and reach out to them again, when the time comes. I had a pressure reducer go out the night before and after seeing the reviews for city creak plumbing I decided to give them a call the next morning. Kelly was already out at a job nearby and came over right after. He was courteous, professional and had the pressure reducer swapped out in under 40 minutes. I would recommend these guys to anyone. The repair was professional, fast and much less than what I was expecting to spend.

Excellent experience with City Creek Plumbing! I needed 4 cut-off valves replaced in 2 bathrooms and the kitchen, and installation of a kitchen faucet and bathroom faucet. The existing faucets were old, with rusted bolts, so we weren't able to remove them ourselves. They were able to come out to give an estimate within a few days of first contacting them, and the estimate was about a quarter of what a large plumbing company quoted! Work was done just two days after the initial visit. Kelly did both the estimate and the work. He was friendly and professional and did great work. Final price was exactly as quoted. I highly recommend City Creek Plumbing!

Called City Creek and Ashley was at my house in less than 45 minutes. Our water heater busted and water was all over floor. Having someone come by that fast was probably some luck but I can’t thank him enough for coming asap.
We went with a tankless upgrade which we don’t regret. Super professional, very efficient and the workmanship was top notch and meticulous. Clean-up was impeccable which is always appreciated. This is small business and you won’t be charged for the massive overhead compared to the larger 24/7 larger commercial ones.
I highly recommend Ashley and his team. I do not just give out 5 stars as I’ve had a wide spectrum of experiences with contractors. If we ever have additional plumbing work that needs to be done we will be calling city creek again.
